3pm: My Women, My Tribe | Readings & Interactive Storytelling Workshop by Joni Tucci Daidone

Who are the women who shaped you?

Join writer and storyteller Joni Daidone for a reading from her book-in-progress, My Women, My Tribe, exploring the women we inherit, the women we choose, and those who change the course of our lives.

Following the readings, singer-songwriter Gigi McCourt will set the space with a live musical piece, serving as the auditory prompt to spark memory and imagery.

Participants will then be guided through creative prompts and shared storytelling to reflect on a woman who has influenced their own lives—putting that story into words, doodles, or sketches. Part reading, part workshop, part storytelling circle, this gathering celebrates connection, voice, mentorship, and the women we carry with us.

3pm: Singer/Songwriter GiGi McCourt

GiGi McCourt is a New York–based pop singer-songwriter known for her distinctive voice and timeless sound. Inspired by music from the 1960s through today, she blends classic influences with contemporary storytelling. A performer since the age of eight, GiGi has appeared at venues including Symphony Space in New York and Bunratty Castle in Ireland.

GiGi will perform songs from her debut album, "Coming Back to Me" as musical prompts for Joni’s interactive storytelling workshop.

6pm: My Name, My Nature Poetry Play & Open Mic led by Toni Short

Australian artist, Toni Short, invites you to a community “poetry pop up” to explore your unique voice and deepen your connection to your personal identity and the world around you.
